TCR-engineered T-cell therapy is a form of adoptive cell transfer therapy that aims to boost the body's ability to fight cancer by enhancing the specificity and efficacy of
T cells. This therapy involves genetically engineering a patient's T cells to express a specific T-cell receptor (TCR) recognizing specific neo-epitopes bound to human leukocyte antigens(HLA). The resulting TCR-T cells can specifically recognize tumor-associated antigens and effectively eliminate tumor cells.
